At is all change at F1 with a new set of rules meaning brand-new cars for the 20 drivers on the F1 grid in 2022. The first Grand Prix will be held at Bahrain as usual on the weekend 18th to 20th March 2022. The Gulf Air event will be 57 laps of 5.412km each, giving race distance of 308.238 for those that make the distance. Last year on the podium was Lewis Hamilton – Mercedes (1st), Max Verstappen – Red Bull Racing Honda (2nd) and Valtteri Bottas – Mercedes (3rd).
The teams are very busy designing under the new rules, and MGS Precision is once again at the forefront, helping teams meet specifications and weight requirements, mainly with Tungsten alloy items, but also using more ubiquitous materials.
